When will my plugin be available to download?

Your plugin is available instantly. As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an email with your secure download link and license key. You can also log into your WordPressPluginShop.com dashboard at any time to access your files.

Are older versions of the plugins available?

Yes, a complete archive of stable previous versions is available in your user dashboard. If you need to roll back to a prior version for compatibility reasons, you can download it directly from your account.

License & Update Availability

How long are plugin updates available to me?

Updates are available for exactly one year (365 days) from the date of your purchase for standard annual licenses. If you purchase a Lifetime License, updates are available to you forever.

What happens to the plugin's availability if my license expires?

If your license expires, the plugin will remain fully available and continue to function normally on your website. However, automatic updates, new feature releases, and premium technical support will no longer be available until the license is renewed.

Are multi-site or unlimited licenses available?

Yes! We offer 1-Site, 5-Site, and Unlimited Agency licenses. You can easily upgrade your license availability from your dashboard at any time by paying the prorated difference.

When is technical support available?
